Getting Started…
We know that buying a home will be among the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime and we pride ourselves in helping you make the best choices possible. Our Specialist is willing to guide you through every step, and we look forward to celebrating the day you move into your new home.
You will find the steps of our Home Buying Process to be simple and enjoyable:
There is nothing like owning a brand new home built just for you. We encourage you to visit Marion Farms and the Kimball area. You will see how simple and affordable owning
a new home can be. With several lots and floor plans to choose from, we are sure you will
find the perfect place to call home.
1
Location - pick your lot
Whether you are looking at a one or two story home, we have a floor plan that will meet your needs. Our homes range from 1,050 - 1,500 sq. ft, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths with
many selections you can choose to make it your own! If you are looking for something different, please contact us. We can work with your house plan and build on any lot.

Select Your Floor Plan
One of our preferred lenders can assist you in finding the loan that best fits your needs. You must qualify and be pre-approved for the amount needed to complete your home. As a builder, we require a non-refundable deposit to get started.

Securing Your Loan and Deposit Money
When you purchase your home, you will be able to make selections to fit your needs. From vinyl and roofing to cabinets and floor coverings, you'll find everything you need to create the home you have always wanted.
Personalize Your Home
From the day we break ground until the moment you receive your keys, we work hard to make sure your home is just the way you want it. Throughout the construction process, we will keep you informed with regular updates on the progress of your new home.
Pre-Drywall Walk-Thru
This is your opportunity as the home buyer to walk through your home before the drywall starts going up. We will point out to you exactly what is in your home. You will be able to get a good visual picture of what your house will actually look like as the walls will take shape and everything is framed out. Things like your custom selections, wiring and plumbing will all be pointed out to you. This is a great question and answer time also as you will be getting one on one time with your builder.

Construction and progress
Your orientation meeting will take place a couple of days before you close on your new home. We will walk you through your completed home and explain everything and answer any questions you may have.
