Each lot is approximately 15,000 square feet or 100 wide x 150 deep in size (some lots may vary).
All lots come with city water, natural gas (optional) and has been approved for a septic waste system.
Phase 2 will have 8 homes built along Old Dixie Highway and offer a private driveway.
Phase 3 will have 9 homes accessible from a new road (to be built).
